摘要 以不同来源的夏播红小豆品种(系)为材料,测定其成熟期植株地上部和地下部相关性状值,以其建立不同的抗倒指数进行比较分析,探索红小豆抗倒伏性综合评价方法。结果表明,多因子抗倒指数3,即(茎粗×根鲜重×茎秆强度)/[株高×地上鲜重×(1+分枝数)]是茎粗、根鲜重、茎秆强度、株高、地上鲜重和分枝数的综合体现,与夏播红小豆成熟期的抗倒伏性联系最为密切,以其作为指标综合评价红小豆种质抗倒伏性具有较高的准确性。相关和通径分析表明,红小豆成熟期的茎粗、根鲜重和茎秆强度的值越大,分枝数、株高和地上鲜重的值越小,则抗倒指数越大,即抗倒性越强,因此这些性状可作为评价夏播红小豆成熟期抗倒伏性的重要指标。本研究可为夏播红小豆抗倒伏种质资源及新品种选育提供参考。 In order to explore a comprehensive evaluation method of lodging resistance in summer adzuki bean,different cultivars or lines of adzuki bean from different sources were used as materials in this study.By measuring the traits of fresh shoot and root weights of adzuki bean at mature stage,three indexes of lodging resistance(ILR)made up of different components were designed and analyzed.The results showed that the ILR3 as(stem diameter×fresh root weight×stem mechanical strength)/[plant height×fresh shoot weight×(1+branch number)]comprehensively reflected the stem diameter,fresh root weight,stem mechanical strength,plant height,fresh shoot weight and branch number,and had the closest relationship with lodging resistance,so it was considered as the best fit for evaluating the lodging resistance of summer adzuki bean.Correlation and path analysis indicated that the higher the stem diameter,fresh root weight and stem mechanical strength were,the lower the plant height,fresh shoot weight and branch number were,and the higher the ILR was,namely stronger lodging resistance,so these traits could be used as important indicators for evaluating the lodging resistance of summer adzuki bean at mature stage.This study could provide references for breeding lodging-resistant germplasms and new varieties of adzuki bean.
