不同防霜剂对宁夏灌区桃花抵御霜冻的效果研究 被引量:1

Effects of Different Anti-frost Reagents on Peach Blossom against Frost in Ningxia Irrigation Region

摘要 为筛选适用于宁夏灌区桃树花期防霜试剂,以5~6年生"秦王"桃树为试材,于大蕾期分别喷施清水(CK)、"天达2116"、"碧护"、"植符",两日后带枝采回水培,并于人工模拟低温霜冻试验箱内进行-4℃低温处理,测定相应的生理指标。结果显示,喷施防霜剂可以增强-4℃低温逆境处理桃花的抗氧化酶活性,减轻膜脂过氧化,增加渗透调节物质含量,增强渗透调节能力,从而减轻低温造成的伤害。几种防霜剂的效果依次为"天达2116">"碧护">"植符"。"天达2116"在预防宁夏灌区桃树花期霜冻上作用显著,值得推广应用。 In order to screen out the anti-frost reagents applied to the peach tree in flowering period in Ningxia Yellow River irrigation region,the 5~6-year-old Qinwang peach trees in bloom period were used as test materials and treated by spraying water,Tianda 2116,Bihu and Zhifu,respectively.After two days,the treated branches were harvested and hydroponically cultured in a simulated low-temperature frost test chamber at-4℃.After the low-temperature treatment,the corresponding physiological indexes were determined.The results showed that spraying anti-frost reagents could reduce the harm of-4℃low temperature to peach flowers through enhancing the activity of antioxidant enzymes,reducing membrane lipid peroxidation and increasing osmotic adjustment substances to enhance the osmotic adjustment ability.The effects of the tested anti-frost reagents showed as Tianda 2116>Bihu>Zhifu.Among them,Tianda 2116 played a significant role in preventing frost on peach tree in flowering period in Ningxia irrigation area,so it was worthy of popularization and application.
