摘要
糖尿病的主要发病机制包括胰岛素抵抗和胰岛B细胞功能障碍。动物实验中可以通过胰腺组织切片计算B细胞数和胰岛素分泌量评估胰岛B细胞功能损伤或恢复程度。临床试验中无法使用有创性方法获取胰腺组织切片,因此如何开发无创性成像技术精确评估体内胰岛B功能成为了研究的热点。本文将多种追踪胰岛B细胞成像的技术进行了汇总。
The main pathogenesis of diabetes includes insulin resistance andβcell dysfunction.In animal experiments,the number ofβ-cells and the amount of insulin secretion can be calculated from pancreatic tissue sections to evaluate the degree of functional damage or recovery ofβ-cells.In clinical trials,it is impossible to use invasive methods to obtain pancreatic tissue sections,so how to develop non-invasive imaging technology to accurately evaluate theβ-cell function of islets in vivo has become a research hot spot.In this paper,a variety of techniques for tracking isletβ-cell imaging are summarized.
