共振光散射法测定邦迪中苯扎氯铵含量 被引量:2

摘要 为了检测邦迪创可贴中苯扎氯铵的含量,建立了一种快速、高效的共振光散射光谱法。在Clark-Lubs介质(pH=2.0)中,考马斯亮蓝G250与苯扎氯铵发生缔合反应形成染料—表面活性剂缔合物,从而引起体系内共振光散射强度的变化,实验通过检测332.6 nm处共振光散射强度的变化间接地测定苯扎氯铵的含量。实验结果表明,体系的共振光散射强度与0.80~4.00μg/mL质量浓度范围内的苯扎氯铵呈良好线性关系,相关系数R为0.9994,检出限为0.02641μg/mL。该方法可用于邦迪创可贴中苯扎氯铵含量的测定。 In order to detect the content of benzalkonium chloride in Bandi band-aid,a fast and efficient resonance light scattering spectroscopy method was established.The procedure was based on the formulation between Coomassie brilliant blue G250 and benzalkonium chloride in Clark-Lubs medium(pH=2.0)by measuring the change in resonance light scattering intensity at 332.6 nm.The experimental results show that the resonance light scattering intensity in the system has a good linear relationship with benzalkonium chloride in the range of 0.80-4.00μg/mL.The correlation coefficient R is 0.9994 and the detection limit is 0.02641μg/mL.This method can be used for the determination of benzalkonium chloride in Bandi band-aid.
