摘要
油气泄漏是套管设备故障的常见问题之一,多数是因为密封件老化、结构应力设计不足、材料强度不足等原因造成,导致套管绝缘强度降低引发击穿短路。从故障形式、材料强度、应力分析等方面对一起典型的500 kV换流变阀侧套管开裂漏气故障进行了原因分析,并结合模拟试验和仿真计算,提出了可用于换流站现场开展的整改措施和详细的检修流程,最后验证了该措施的修复效果。
Oil and air leakage is one of the common faults of transformer bushings,most of which are caused by aging deterioration of rubber seal,inadequate structural stress design and material weakness.The reasons of a 500kV transformer valve-side bushing cracking and air-leakage fault are analyzed from aspects of fault type,material strength and stress analysis.Detailed treatment methods and maintenance procedures are suggested based on simulation tests and calculation.The fault simulation test results and the analysis process are introduced.The effects of the treatment methods are verified.
