Analysis of Chinese Domestic Oil Supply Security Situation

2000年以来,我国石油消费量大幅增长,但石油的供应安全形势却不容乐观,本文从我国石油的储量、产量和储备3个方面分析我国国内石油的供给形势,得出结论:我国石油的储量总量相对丰富,但剩余探明储量相对不足,储采比过低。石油产量近几年略有下降,未来缺乏快速和长期增产的坚实基础。石油储备建设开始时间晚、储备量有限、石油储备法律体系不够完善。

Since 2000, Chinese oil consumption has increased significantly, but the security situation of oil supply is indeed not optimistic. Chinese domestic oil supply situation was analyzed from three aspects: proved oil reserves, oil production and oil reserves, it was concluded that Chinese oil reserves were relatively abundant, but the remaining proved reserves were relatively insufficient, and the reserve-production ratio was too low. Oil production declined slightly in recent years, and it lacked a solid foundation for rapid and long term growth in the future. The construction of oil reserves started late, the reserves were limited, and the legal system of oil reserves was not perfect.
