摘要
采用响应曲面法对银杏叶中黄酮的提取工艺进行优化,以乙醇浓度、提取温度和时间为响应值进行Box-Behnken实验设计,探究银杏叶黄酮的最佳提取条件。结果表明:银杏叶中黄酮的最佳实验条件为乙醇浓度63%,提取时间32 min,提取温度50℃。在优化后的条件下进行实验,银杏叶中黄酮提取率为5.328%,与预测值5.316%接近,说明该模型方程能够较好地预测实验结果。
The extraction technology of total flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves by response surface methodology was optimized, single factor experiment was used to examine the influence of ethanol solvent concentration, extraction temperature and extraction time on flavonoids yield. The results indicated that the optimal extraction condition for flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves was as follows: the ethanol solvent concentration was 63%, the temperature of the system was 50 ℃ and the extraction time was 32 min. Under these conditions, the flavonoids yield was 5.328%. The actual extraction rate of flavonoids was 5.316%% compared with the predicted value.
