摘要
利用质量控制图对土壤镍含量测定过程进行监控,本研究采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤镍的含量,根据多次实验结果绘制质量控制图,并对质量控制数据进行趋势分析。结果表明,2019年9月份共计22批次标准样品的检测结果均在质量控制图的上下控制限范围内,控制图(X图)的警告线为266.68~287.32,控制线为261.52~292.48。日常使用质量控制图对检测结果进行质量监控,能够及时发现检测过程中的异常情况,确保检测数据的准确性和可靠性。
The quality control chart was used to monitor the determination of nickel content in soil. Performing trend was analyzed using quality control data from quality control chart, which was drew by the determination result of nickel contents in soil by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that the test results of 22 batches of standard samples in September 2019 were all within the upper and lower control limits of the quality control chart, the warning line of the control chart(X chart) was 266.68~287.32, and the control line was 261.52~292.48. The application of quality control chart to monitor quality of detection results helped detect unusual conditions during monitoring process, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
