摘要
地方高校是药学本科人才培养的主阵地,是地方医药经济发展和行业发展所需药学本科人才的供给侧。建设高素质药学本科专业教师队伍,是地方高校药学专业建设供给侧结构性改革的重要方面,是培养创新型药学本科人才的根本保证。地方高校应从师德师风建设、强化教师创新能力发展和完善保障激励机制等方面,加强顶层设计,多措并举,着力打造一支高素质药学本科专业教师队伍。
Local universities are the main positions for the cultivation of pharmaceutical talents. They are the supply side of undergraduate talents needed for the development of local pharmaceutical economy and industry. The construction of pharmaceutical teaching staff is an important aspect of the supply-side structural reform of pharmacy in local universities. The high level teachers are the fundamental guarantee for cultivating innovative pharmaceutical talents. Local universities should strengthen top-level design and take multiple measures to build a high-quality pharmaceutical teaching team from the aspects of teachers’ morality construction, strengthening the development of teachers’ innovation ability, and improving the guarantee and incentive mechanism.
