摘要
介绍一个由科研成果转化形成的综合化学实验--天然产物Desbenzylidenerubraminamin的合成。该实验以柠檬醛和2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮为原料,在吡啶的催化下,通过环化、质子迁移、Dielse-Alder反应一步合成Desbenzylidenerubraminamin,并用1H NMR、13C NMR和HREIMS对结构进行表征。本实验涵盖薄色谱板制备、柱层析分离、结构表征等实验技能训练,不仅可以提高学生的综合实验能力,而且可以拓展学生的视野,提高科学创新能力。
A new and comprehensive chemistry experiment was introduced, which developed based on our research. Natural product Desbenzylidenerubraminamin was synthesized starting from 2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophenone and citral. Pyridine catalysts by cyclization, H-shift and Diels-Alder reaction, the structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HREIMS. The experiment covered training in experiment skills such as thin layer chromatography preparation(TLC), column chromagraphy isolation and structure characterization. This was beneficial to not only improve students’ comprehensive experiment ability, but also broaden their vision.
