摘要
劳动力再生产模式理论是马克思主义政治经济学中的一个重要理论,目前相关研究处于起步阶段,呈现零散和不系统的特点,理清其内涵、变动条件及类型、评价标准将对系统构建马克思主义劳动力再生产模式理论提供强有力的支撑。劳动力再生产模式具有非常丰富的内涵,它在优势、劣势和同等条件下的变动会造成劳动力的扩大再生产、萎缩再生产和简单再生产的现象。评价劳动力再生产模式的变动可用劳动力生产力、劳动力再生产水平、劳动力再生产成本、劳动力再生产的独立性、劳动力再生产模式的社会绩效等5个标准来进行。
The labor force reproduction model theory is an important theory of marxist political economics.At present,the research on it is in the preliminary stage,showing the characteristics of scattered and unsystematic.Understanding its theorical connotation,changing conditions and types and evaluation criteria will provide strong support for the systematic construction of marxist labor force reproduction mode theory.The labor force reproduction model has very rich connotation,its change under the advantageous,disadvantageous and the same conditions will cause the expansion of labor force reproduction,atrophy reproduction and simple reproduction phenomena.The change of labor force reproduction mode can be evaluated by five standards,including labor force productivity,labor force reproduction level,labor force reproduction cost,labor force reproduction independence and social performance of labor force reproduction mode.
