The Impact of Cross-Strait Tourism Scholars’ Research Knowledge Cooperation Network on Knowledge Innovation

采用社会网络分析方法,通过分析合作网络结构特征评价科研合作创新绩效,研究发现:1.两岸旅游学者科研合作网络的关系强度与学者的知识创新绩效呈正相关关系;2.科研合作网络的密度与学者的知识创新绩效呈负相关关系;3.网络中心性与知识创新绩效呈正相关关系;4.结构洞数目与知识创新绩效呈正相关关系;5.科研合作网络中的关系强度与网络密度的交互作用对学者知识创新绩效存在一定影响,科研合作网络的关系强度较高,网络密度越低,则知识创新绩效越高;6.关系强度与度数中心度及接近中心度的交互作用对知识创新绩效存在一定影响,其中,关系强度与度数中心度的交互作用对知识创新绩效呈负相关关系;关系强度与接近中心度的交互作用对知识创新绩效呈正相关关系;7.关系强度与结构洞的交互作用对知识创新绩效不一定产生影响,其中结构洞—限制度指标与关系强度的交互作用对知识创新绩效无显著影响,而结构洞—有效规模指标与关系强度的交互作用则对学者知识创新绩效有一定影响。

Using the social network analysis method,this paper evaluates the performance of scientific research cooperation and innovation by analyzing the structureal characteristics of the cooperation network.The findings are as follows:(1)There is a positive correlation between the strength of the scientific research cooperation network of tourism scholars and the knowledge innovation performance of scholars;(2)There is a negative correlation between the density of scientific research cooperation network and the knowledge innovation performance of scholars;(3)There is a positive correlation between network centrality and knowledge innovation performance;(4)There is a positive correlation between the number of structural holes and the performance of knowledge innovation;(5)The interaction between relationship strength and network density in the research cooperation network has a certain impact on the performance of scholars'knowledge innovation.The research cooperation network has higher relationship strength,the lower the network density,the higher the performance of knowledge innovation;(6)The interaction of relationship strength and degree centrality and proximity to centrality has a certain impact on knowledge innovation performance.Among them,the interaction between relationship strength and degree centrality has a negative correlation with knowledge innovation performance.The interaction between relationship strength and proximity to centrality is positively correlated to knowledge innovation performance;(7)The interaction of the relationship strength and structural holes does not necessarily affect the performance of knowledge innovation,and the interaction between structural hole-restriction index and relationship intensity has no significant impact on knowledge innovation performance,while the interaction between structure hole effective scale index and relationship strength has a certain impact on the performance of knowledge innovation of scholars.
