基于价值链的图书馆参与高校人才引进工作服务探究

A Study of University Libraries'Participation in Talent Introduction Based on Value Chain

高校发展重在人才,引进人才是高校建设高水平师资队伍,形成合理人才梯队结构,促进人才队伍良性流动和动态发展的重要途径。高校图书馆开展基于文献计量学的人才评估服务是与高校人才引进工作相结合的一项学科服务工作。图书馆应用价值链理论辅助学校人才引进工作是对学科服务工作理论与实践的创新与发展,研究此项工作的价值构成要素和价值追求,在此基础上确定基于“价值链分析—优化”的高校图书馆辅助人才引进工作服务模式和服务内容,将大大促进图书馆参与高校人才引进工作的服务质量与水平。

The development of colleges and universities depends on talents.The introduction of talents,therefore,plays an important role in building high-quality teaching staff,constructing a reasonable talent echelon structure,and promoting smooth flow and dynamic development of talent teams.The talent evaluation service based on bibliometrics in university libraries is a subject service combined with talent introduction.This paper analyzes the components and value pursuit of the value chain of talent introduction and evaluation services in libraries,and on this basis puts forward a model for talent introduction and evaluation services in university libraries based on value chain analysis-optimization.
