老年冠心病患者外周血BNP和超敏CRP表达变化分析被引量：1

摘要目的分析老年冠心病患者外周血B型脑钠肽(BNP)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)表达变化。方法选择2019年1月至6月在沈阳医学院附属第二医院心血管内科通过冠脉造影确诊的老年冠心病患者59例,对照组选择同期在本院接受体检的健康老年人54例。两组对象入选后均接受外周血BNP和hs-CRP表达浓度测定。结果老年冠心病组的外周血BNP和hs-CRP表达浓度均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论老年冠心病患者外周血BNP和hs-CRP表达浓度明显增加,也可作为确诊的参照指标。
