糖尿病的并发症之一糖尿病肾病在糖尿病及终末期肾病患者中出现的比例在逐年增加。糖尿病肾病的高发病率给社会带来了沉重的经济负担,也是导致糖尿病患者残疾和死亡的首要原因。因此,本文主要对与糖尿病肾病发生发展有关危险因素做一综述,为临床医生诊治及干预糖尿病肾病提供参考。

With the rapid development of our social economy and the change of people's living habits,the probability of people suffering from diabetes has gradually increased in recent years.The proportion of diabetic nephropathy,one of its complications,in patients with diabetes and end-stage renal disease is also increasing year by year.The high incidence of diabetic nephropathy brings a heavy economic burden to the society,and it is also the primary cause of death and disability of diabetic patients.Therefore,this article mainly reviews the risk factors related to the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy to provide reference for clinicians in diagnosis,treatment and intervention of diabetic nephropathy.
