思维导图式认知行为干预对老年糖尿病足患者自我管理能力的影响

The effect of cognitive behavioral intervention of mind map on self-management ability of elderly diabetic foot patients

目的探讨思维导图式认知行为干预对老年糖尿病足患者自我管理能力的影响。方法按照不同的治疗方法将本院2017年3月至2018年6月接收的104例糖尿病足患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组(n=52)给予老年糖尿病足患者自我管理的常规治疗,研究组(n=52)在对照组的基础上给予思维导图式认知行为干预。通过自我管理行为量表(DFS-BS)、中文版糖尿病自我效能量表(DSES)及社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对患者进行测评。结果治疗后两组患者DFS-BS评分均有所提高,且研究组评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者DSES评分均有所提高,且研究组评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者SSRS评分均有所提高,且研究组评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图式认知行为干预能够有效增强老年糖尿病足患者认知情况,提高自我管理能力,对患者的病情具有显著影响。

Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping cognitive behavioral intervention on the self-management ability of elderly diabetic foot patients.Methods According to different treatment methods,104 patients with diabetic foot received by our hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 were divided into control group and study group.The control group(n=52)was given the routine treatment of self-management of elderly diabetic foot patients,and the study group(n=52)was given the cognitive behavioral intervention of mind-directed schema on the basis of the control group.Patients were assessed by dfs-bs,DSES and SSRs.Results After treatment,the dfs-bs scores of the two groups were improved,and the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the DSES scores of the two groups were improved,and the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the SSRs scores of the two groups were improved,and the study The score of the group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind map cognitive behavior intervention can effectively enhance the cognitive status of diabetic foot patients,improve self-management ability,and have a significant impact on patients'condition.
