摘要
某实验室在某次全国放射性实验室间的比对过程中,土壤γ中铀、钍核素测量结果评价为不满意。本研究对实验结果不满意进行了原因分析,并通过添加目标核素的效率源和未添加目标核素的效率源以及使用N型高纯锗谱仪和P型高纯锗谱仪进行比对实验,对土壤中天然放射性核素的γ测量分析方法进行了分析研究。
In a national comparison of radioactive laboratories,the measurement results of uranium and thorium nuclides in soilγwere evaluated as unsatisfactory.In this study,the reasons for the dissatisfaction of the experimental results were analyzed.Through the comparison of the efficiency source with the target nuclide added and the efficiency source without the target nuclide added,the N-type high-purity germanium spectrometer and the P-type high-purity germanium spectrometer were used to carry out the comparison experiments.The method ofγmeasurement and analysis of natural radionuclides in soil was studied.
