Solid Fast Release Preparation and Its Process Design

口服固体速释剂具有生物利用度高、药物吸收快、服用方便、副作用低等特点。介绍了口服速释剂的分类,其分为速溶制剂和速崩制剂,并对其常见的剂型分类进行总结,主要有分散片、固体分散制剂、速溶片、速释片、自乳化释药系统与自微乳化释药系统等。提出了固体速释制剂的几种制备工艺,主要是直接压片法、湿法制粒法、冷冻干燥法、喷雾干燥法等。以提升制药效果,使药物发挥最大价值。

This paper introduces the characteristics of oral solid fast release agents,such as high bioavailability,fast drug absorption,easy to take,low side effects,etc.,expounds the classification of oral fast release agents,which are divided into instant preparations and rapid disintegrating preparations,and summarizes the classification of common dosage forms,mainly including dispersing tablets,solid dispersing preparations,instant tablets,quick release tablets,self emulsifying drug delivery system and self microemulsifying drug delivery system and so on.Several preparation methods of solid fast release preparations were put forward,including direct compression,wet granulation,freeze drying,spray drying,etc.We hope to improve the pharmaceutical effect and give full play to the value of drugs.
