摘要
介绍了滴灌带挤出机设备的构成。目前,最常用的滴灌带设备是单螺杆挤出机,其主要结构包含传动部分、加料部分、机筒、螺杆、机头与口模。分析了影响滴灌带挤出成型的因素,包括塑化温度和模具温度,成型轮等,以期提升滴灌带生产中挤出成型技术水平。
The structure of the extruder for drip irrigation belt is introduced.At present,the single screw extruder is most commonly used.Its main structure includes the transmission part,the feeding part,the barrel,the screw,the head and the die.It is hoped that this paper can help the production of drip irrigation belt in China.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the extrusion of drip irrigation belt,including plasticizing temperature,mold temperature,molding wheel,etc.,hoping to improve the level of extrusion technology in the production of drip irrigation belt.
