In view of the problems such as the disunity of the evaluation indexes,the lack of integrity and pertinence of the environmental impact report,the weak enthusiasm of the public participation and the incomplete coverage of the supervision mechanism,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the overall environmental impact evaluation mechanism,so as to realize the optimization and reform of the environmental impact evaluation system.
