外显自尊对大学生就业焦虑的影响:有调节的中介模型 被引量:1

The Influence of Explicit Self-esteem on College Students’Employment Anxiety:A Moderated Mediation Model

摘要 目的探讨外显自尊、内隐自尊、自我概念清晰性和就业焦虑的关系。方法选取503名大学生(男243人,女260人),运用外显自尊量表(SES)、内隐联系测验(IAT)、自我概念清晰性量表(SCCS)和就业焦虑问卷进行测查。结果外显自尊与自我概念清晰性得分呈显著正相关,与就业焦虑得分呈显著负相关(r=0.55,-0.54;均P<0.01);内隐自尊得分与自我概念清晰性得分呈显著正相关,与就业焦虑呈显著负相关(r=0.22,-0.27;均P<0.01);自我概念清晰性得分与就业焦虑呈显著负相关(r=-0.95,P<0.01)。自我概念清晰性在外显自尊和就业焦虑之间起部分中介作用。外显自尊得分显著正向预测自我概念清晰性得分(β=1.16,P<0.01),自我概念清晰性得分负向预测就业焦虑得分(β=-0.74,P<0.01),而外显自尊得分又直接显著负向预测就业焦虑得分(β=-0.22,P<0.01)。内隐自尊调节了中介作用的前半路径和直接路径。结论外显自尊和就业焦虑受到自我概念清晰性的中介作用和内隐自尊的调节作用。 Objective To explore the relationship between explicit self-esteem,implicit self-esteem,self-concept clarity and employment anxiety.Methods 503 college students(243 males and 260 females)were tested with the explicit self-esteem scale(SES),implicit association test(IAT),self-concept clarity scale(SCCS)and employment anxiety questionnaire.Results Explicit self-esteem was positively correlated with self-concept clarity,and negatively correlated with employment anxiety(r=0.55,-0.54;P<0.01);implicit self-esteem was positively correlated with self-concept clarity,and negatively correlated with employment anxiety(r=0.22,-0.27;P<0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between clarity score and employment anxiety(r=-0.95,P<0.01).Self concept clarity plays a partial mediating role between explicit self-esteem and job anxiety.Explicit self-esteem score significantly positively predicted self-concept clarity score(beta=1.16,P<0.01),self-concept clarity score negatively predicted employment anxiety score(beta=-0.74,P<0.01),and explicit self-esteem score directly and negatively predicted employment anxiety score(beta=-0.22,P<0.01).Implicit self-esteem moderates the first half and the direct path of mediation.Conclusion Explicit self-esteem and employment anxiety are mediated by self-concept clarity and moderated by implicit self-esteem.
