改性聚醚醚酮作为种植修复固定桥支架性能的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:比较Bio-HPP(改性聚醚醚酮)和钛合金作为种植修复固定桥支架的性能。方法:(1)将瓷化树脂粘接于两种圆柱形支架材料上,每组25个:Bi组(Bio-HPP)和Ti组(钛合金)。24h湿贮存后经冷热循环、疲劳加载后使用万能试验机测定剪切结合强度。(2)制备由Bio-HPP和钛合金制成的CAD/CAM 3单位桥支架各25个。通过扫描电镜观察桥支架与复合基台之间的边缘密合性,测量记录两者之间的垂直距离。(3)制备的支架经瓷化树脂饰面,经冷热循环、疲劳加载后使用万能试验机测定其抗压性能。使用SPSS软件对数据结果进行统计分析。结果:(1)剪切结合强度Bi组30.99±3.25MPa,Ti组20.80±1.71MPa,两者有统计学差异(P<0.001)。(2)平均边缘间隙Bi组19.84±4.56μm,Ti组19.27±5.06μm,两者无统计学差异(P>0.05)。(3)加载负荷后,Bi组在平均负荷1535±109N时支架和饰面树脂同时断裂,断裂前未发生瓷化树脂崩裂。Ti组在平均负荷2020±207 N时瓷化树脂崩裂,此时未发生支架断裂。结论:CAD/CAM制作的Bio-HPP支架有较强的抗断裂性能,与瓷化树脂有良好的结合强度,与种植体修复基台有良好的边缘适合性,可以考虑将其作为种植修复支架配合瓷化树脂饰面进行临床使用。 Objective:To compare the performance of Bio-HPP(modified polyetheretherketone)and titanium alloy as frameworks for implant restoration.Methods:(1)50 pieces for test were prepared,bonded resin with Bio-HPP(Group Bi)or titanium alloy(Group Ti)(n=25/group).The bond strength was tested by universal testing machine after 24 hours of wet storage,thermal cycling and fatigue loading.(2)50 three-unit frameworks with Bio-HPP(Group Bi)or titanium alloy(Group Ti)were prepared by CAD/CAM systems(n=25/group).The edge gap between the framework and multi-unit abutment was measured by scanning electron microscope.(3)50 three-unit frameworks were veneered with resin,and its compressive strength were measured by universal testing machine after hot and cold cycling and fatigue loading.Results:(1)The bond strength was 30.99±3.25 MPa in Group Bi,and 20.80±1.71 MPa in Group Ti.There was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.001).(2)The edge gap was 19.84±4.56μm in Bi group,and 19.27±5.06μm in Ti group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The frameworks with resin fractured simultaneously at 1535±109 N in Group Bi.In contrast,the porcelain resin was fractured at 2020±207 N in Group Ti,but no framework fracture oc-curred.The data were analyzed by SPSS software.Conclusions:The Bio-HPP framework by CAD/CAM has strong compressive strength,good bonding with resin,and fine marginal fit with multi-unit abutment.Bio-HPP veneered with resin can be considered as implant restoration framework for clinical application.
