高血压脑出血患者联合使用神经节苷脂与尼莫地平的治疗效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨高血压脑出血患者联合使用神经节苷脂与尼莫地平的疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2018年6月我院收治的144例高血压脑出血患者随机分组,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组应用神经节苷脂联合尼莫地平治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗效果、NIHSS评分、BI指数、水肿面积和血肿体积差异。结果实验组总有效率94.44%明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组NIHSS评分(10.29±4.52)分较对照组明显下降,BI指数(69.73±10.36)分明显提高(P<0.05);实验组水肿面积(2.01±0.72)cm2、血肿体积(5.69±2.41)mL同对照组比较明显下降(P<0.05)。结论针对高血压脑出血患者应用神经节苷脂联合尼莫地平治疗可提高治疗效果,促进神经功能恢复,提高生活能力,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the efficacy gangliosides combined with nimodipine in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 144 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided.Patients in the control group received routine treatment.Patients in the experimental group were treated with ganglioside combined with nimodipine.The therapeutic effects,NIHSS score,BI index,edema area and hematoma volume difference were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(94.44%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score(10.29±4.52)of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the BI index(69.73±10.36)was significantly increased(P<0.05).The edema area(2.01±0.72)cm2 and the volume of hematoma(5.69±2.41)ml in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ganglioside combined with nimodipine in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the living ability.It is worthy of popularization and application.
