舌下含服速效救心丸或硝酸甘油片治疗急诊心绞痛的效果分析

To Investigate the Effect of Sublingual Sublingual Quick-Acting Bolus or Nitroglycerin Tablets in the Treatment of Emergency Angina Pectoris

目的探讨舌下含服速效救心丸或硝酸甘油片治疗急诊心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年10月至2018年4月急诊收治的急性心绞痛患者130例,随机数字表法判定分成两组,A组65例速效救心丸舌下含服治疗,B组65例硝酸甘油片舌下含服治疗。结果 A组症状临床疗效有效率95.38%与B组92.31%相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组心电图判定疗效84.61%与B组的86.15%相比无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组患者治疗前胸闷、气促、乏力比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组患者中医证侯均显著改善,两组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);A组发生口干1例,面色潮红1例,皮疹1例,不良反应发生率为4.62%;B组发生口干3例,面色潮红2例,皮疹2例,头晕头痛2例,潮热1例,不良反应发生率为15.38%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舌下含服速效救心丸或硝酸甘油片治疗急诊心绞痛均可以取得理想治疗效果,两种治疗方案在临床症状有效率、心电图判定有效率及中医证侯改善方面差异均无统计学意义,舌下含服速效救心丸安全性显著高于硝酸甘油片。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sublingual sublingual quick-acting jiexin pill or nitroglycerin tablet in the treatment of emergency angina pectoris.Methods Our hospital in October 2016 to April 2018,the records of 130 cases of patients with acute angina,emergency Numbers table is divided into two groups at random,65 cases of group A given available kyushin pills sublingual administering treatment,65 cases of group B given nitroglycerin sublingual administering treatment.Results The clinical curative effect of efficient group A and group B 95.38% of 92.31%,compared two groups,there is no significant difference,P>0.05,no statistical significance;Compared with 86.15% of group B and 84.61% of group A,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05,no statistical significance).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of chest tightness,shortness of breath,and fatigue.After treatment,the TCM syndromes of the two groups were significantly improved.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of chest tightness,shortness of breath,and fatigue.One case of dry mouth,one case of flushed complexion and one case of skin rash occurred in group A,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.62%.In group B,there were 3 cases of dry mouth,2 cases of flushing,2 cases of rash,2 cases of dizziness and headache,and 1 case of hot flashes.The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.38%,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion To give emergency treatment in patients with angina pectoris take quick kyushin pills or nitroglycerin sublingual administering treatment all can obtain the ideal effect,two treatment effectively in clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram(ecg)determine efficient and TCM syndrome were no significant differences on improving,sublingual administering available kyushin pills security is significantly higher than nitroglycerin sublingual suck it.
