妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕前BMI对分娩方式和新生儿体质量的影响分析

Influence of Pre Pregnancy Body Mass Index(BMI)on Delivery Mode and Neonatal Weight in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕前体质量指数(BMI)对分娩方式和新生儿体质量的影响。方法选择2015年2月至2018年2月来我院进行产前检查及分娩的100例孕妇作为研究对象,按照孕妇BMI进行分组,将35例BMI>24 kg/m2的孕妇纳入观察组(肥胖组),其余65例孕妇作为对照组,收集两组研究对象的临床资料,包括分娩方式、新生儿体质量等,对所有研究对象的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组顺产率(68.57%)显著低于对照组(89.23%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿体质量(3674.9±311.7)g显著高于对照组孕妇新生儿(3418.7±298.3)g,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的分娩方式及新生儿体质量均与孕妇孕前BMI有一定关系。孕妇孕前BMI≥24 kg/m2会增加剖宫产率,对新生儿健康产生一定影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of pre pregnancy body mass index(BMI)on delivery mode and weight of newborns with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 pregnant women who came to our hospital from February 2015 to February2018 were selected as the subjects.According to the BMI of pregnant women,35 pregnant women with BMI>24 kg/m2 were included in the observation group(obesity group),and the other 65 pregnant women were used as the control group.The clinical data of two groups of subjects were collected,including the scores.The clinical data of all the subjects were retrospectively analyzed.Results the rate of spontaneous delivery(68.57%)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(89.23%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The weight of the pregnant women in the observation group(3674.9+311.7)g was significantly higher than that of the pregnant women in the control group(3418.7+298.3)g,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The mode of delivery and weight of newborns with gestational diabetes mellitus are related to BMI before pregnancy.Pregnant women before pregnancy BMI greater than 24 will increase the rate of cesarean section,and have certain effect on the health of newborns.
