打印辅助设计手术治疗胫骨平台Schatzker Ⅵ骨折的应用

Application of Print-Assisted Design Surgery for the Treatment of the Tibial Plate Schatzker Ⅵ Fracture

目的分析打印辅助设计手术治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerⅥ骨折患者的临床价值。方法将本院2016年4月至2018年12月予以手术治疗的60例胫骨平台SchatzkerⅥ骨折患者纳入研究;数字奇偶法实行分组各30例,实验组行打印辅助设计手术,对照组行传统手术;研究两组手术耗时、术中出血量、影像学Rasmussen评分优良率、纽约特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)优良率。结果实验组手术耗时、术中出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组影像学Rasmussen评分优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组纽约特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胫骨平台SchatzkerⅥ骨折患者行打印辅助设计手术治疗的临床效果较优。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of print-assisted design surgery in the treatment of patients with Schatzker Ⅵfracture of the tibial plateau.Methods Sixty patients with Schatzker Ⅵ fractures of the tibial plateau who underwent surgery from April2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were included in the experimental data.The digital parity method was divided into groups,and the experimental group(n=30): print-assisted design surgery.Control group(n=30): Traditional operation was performed;the time-consuming,intraoperative blood loss,excellent imaging Rasmussen score,and excellent knee rate score(HSS)of New York Special Surgery Hospital were studied.Results The time-consuming and intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of imaging Rasmussen score in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of knee joint score(HSS)in the New York Special Surgery Hospital of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of print-assisted design surgery for patients with Schatzker Ⅵfracture of the tibial plateau is superior.
