硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏对混合性感染患者阴道内环境的影响

Effects of Nifuratel Vaginal Ointment on the Vaginal Environment in Patients with Mixed Infection

目的观察分析硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗混合性阴道感染的临床疗效。方法 2017年1月至2018年6月选取本院收治的62例混合性阴道感染患者,按照不同药物治疗方法分为实验组31例应用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏,对照组31例应用克霉唑栓治疗方法。采用统计学分析两组混合性阴道感染患者的临床治疗效果,同时分析其复发率。结果实验组混合性阴道感染患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。另外实验组病人的复发率明显要比对照组病人更低(P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗混合性阴道感染的临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Nitrate too,vaginal nystatin ointment in the treatment of mixed vaginal infections.Methods Total of 62 cases of mixed vaginal infections treated in our hospital(from January 2017 to June2018)were selected and divided into the experimental group(31 cases treated with Nitrate too,vaginal nystatin ointment)and the control group(31 cases treated with clomidazole suppository)according to different drug treatments.The clinical effect of mixed vaginal infection was statistically analyzed and the recurrence rate was also analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the recurrence rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nitrate mixed too,vaginal nystatin ointment therapy the clinical curative effect of vaginal infections significantly.
