复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合四联疗法治疗hp感染消化性胃溃疡的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Hp-Infected Peptic Ulcer

目的探讨复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合四联疗法(阿莫西林、奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、胶体果胶铋)治疗幽门螺杆菌(hp)感染消化性胃溃疡(PGU)的疗效。方法选择108例hp感染PGU患者随机分为复方组和四联组,各54例,四联组给予四联疗法治疗,复方组加用复方嗜酸乳杆菌,均治疗6周,比较两组临床疗效、hp根除率及不良反应发生率。结果复方组临床总有效率为94.44%,显著高于四联组的77.78%(P<0.05);复方组hp根除率显著高于四联组(P<0.05);复方组不良反应总发生率为9.25%,显著低于四联组的24.05%(P<0.05)。结论复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合四联疗法能有效提高hp感染PGU的治疗效果和hp根除率,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound Lactobacillus acidophilus combined with quadruple therapy(amoxicillin,omeprazole,clarithromycin,colloidal pectin)in the treatment of helicobacter pylori(hp)infected peptic ulcer(PGU).Methods 108 patients with hp-infected PGU admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into a compound group and a quadruple group,54 cases each.The quadruple group was given quadruple therapy,and the compound group was given compound Lactobacillus acidophilus for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,hp eradication rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the compound group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than that of the quadruple group(77.78%)(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the compound group was 9.25%,which was significantly lower than that in the quadruple group(24.05%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Lactobacillus acidophilus combined with quadruple therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and hp eradication rate of hp-infected PGU,and it is safer.
