浅析妊娠期糖尿病的临床治疗与妊娠结局的关系

Analysis of the Relationship Between the Clinical Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Pregnancy Outcome

目的研究探讨妊娠期糖尿病对于妊娠结局及对新生儿的临床影响。方法选取本院自2017年3月至2018年3月收治的妊娠期糖尿病产妇100例为研究对象。再选取同一时间内在本院住院生产的正常产妇100例为对照组。对照组不用胰岛素治疗,接受运动疗法以及饮食控制疗法,观察组则给予胰岛素。比较分析两组产妇的妊娠结局以及新生儿质量。结果观察组产妇出现羊水过多,产后出血,妊娠高血压以及早产现象比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现新生儿畸形、胎儿窘迫、新生儿低血糖以及巨大儿的概率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇应加强产前检测,提早预防及时治疗,尽量控制妊娠期糖尿病对于产妇及新生儿的影响。

Objective To study the clinical effect of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcome and neonates.Methods 100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Another 100 normal pregnant women who were hospitalized in the same time were selected as control group.The control group received no insulin therapy,exercise therapy and diet control therapy,while the observation group received insulin.The pregnancy outcome and neonatal quality of the two groups were compared.Results The occurrence of excessive amniotic fluid,postpartum hemorrhage,pregnancy hypertension and premature delivery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the incidence of neonatal malformation,fetal distress,neonatal hypoglycemia and macrosomia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal examination should be strengthened,early prevention and timely treatment should be strengthened in order to improve the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnant women and newborns.
