神经内镜在颅底肿瘤治疗中的应用

Application of Neuroendoscopy in the Treatment of Skull Base Tumor

目的探讨治疗颅底肿瘤采用神经内镜手术的临床应用效果。方法选取本院2017年7月至2018年8月收治的72例颅底肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均为36例。对照组行传统开颅手术治疗,观察组行神经内镜手术。对两组临床疗效、术后不良反应及预后进行统计分析。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应发生率5.6%低于对照组27.8%(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组3个月回访肿瘤治愈率94.4%高于对照组的74.8%(P<0.05)。结论对颅底肿瘤患者采用神经内镜手术方式临床效果好,可减少术后不良反应,安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of neuroendoscopic surgery for the treatment of skull base tumors.Methods 72 patients with skull base tumors admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group.The patients in the control group underwent conventional craniotomy,and the observation group underwent neuroendoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy,postoperative adverse reactions and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.6%,lower than that in the control group(27.8%)(P<0.05).The average hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate of tumors in the 3 monthsin the observation group was 94.4%,higher than that in the control group(74.8%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of neuroendoscopic surgery for patients with skull base tumors has a good clinical effect,which can reduce postoperative adverse reactions and has good security.
