生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel运动在产后盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel运动于产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年6月至2018年6月收治100例产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者,随机数字表法分为常规组(予以Kegel运动)与联合组(予以生物反馈电刺激)。比较两组治疗后肌纤维改善情况和治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者盆底肌纤维肌力值显著升高,且联合组高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肌纤维收缩时间、最大阴道内压均显著升高(P<0.05),且联合组高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者尿失禁、肌力情况治疗效果均显著升高(P<0.05),且联合组显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel运动治疗盆底功能障碍产妇,可改善患者肌力、肌电值等,效果显著。 Objective To investigate the application effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel exercise in patients with postpartum pelvic dysfunction.Methods 100 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the routine group(Kegel exercise)and the combined group(biofeedback electrical stimulation)by 1:1.The improvement and treatment effects of muscle fibers after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle fiber strength of the two groups was significantly increased,and the combined group was higher than the routine group(P<0.05);After treatment,the contraction time and maximum intravaginal pressure of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the combined group was higher than the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment effects of urinary incontinence and muscle strength were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the combination group was significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel exercise for the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction can improve the muscle strength and myoelectric value of patients,and the effect is remarkable.
