AEEG动态监测在病毒性脑炎患者病情评估中的应用价值

Application Value of AEEG Dynamic Monitoring in the Evaluation of Patients with Viral Encephalitis

目的探讨24 h动态脑电图(AEEG)动态监测在病毒性脑炎患者病情评估中应用价值。方法选取我院2016年9月至2018年6月收治的病毒性脑炎患者60例,均行AEEG动态监测及常规脑电图(REEG)检查,统计REEG检查与AEEG动态监测脑电图异常情况及不同病情AEEG动态监测脑电图异常率。结果AEEG动态监测脑电图异常率为81.67%,高于REEG检查51.67%(P<0.05);AEEG动态监测发现轻型、中型、重型脑电图异常率分别为65.38%、91.67%、100.00%,随病情的加重异常率逐渐升高,不同病情间异常率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AEEG动态监测病毒性脑炎脑电图异常情况比REEG检查更敏感,且可有效评估患者病情严重程度,可作为临床医生诊治疾病的参考。

Objective To investigate the value of dynamic monitoring of 24 h dynamic electroencephalogram(AEEG)in the assessment of patients with viral encephalitis.Methods Sixty patients with viral encephalitis admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled.All patients underwent AEEG dynamic monitoring and routine electroencephalogram(REEG)examination.Statistically analyze REEG examination and AEEG dynamic monitoring of EEG abnormalities and different conditions AEEG dynamically monitor the abnormal rate of EEG.Results The abnormal rate of EEG dynamic monitoring of EEG was 81.67%(49/60),which was higher than that of REEG(51.67%,31/60)(P<0.05).The dynamics of AEEG showed that the abnormal rates of light,medium and heavy EEG were respectively 65.38%(17/26),91.67%(22/24),100.00%(10/10),the abnormal rate increased with the severity of the disease,the difference between the abnormal rates of different diseases was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion AEEG dynamic monitoring of EEG abnormalities in viral encephalitis is more sensitive than REEG,and can effectively assess the severity of the disease,which can be used as a reference for clinicians to diagnose and treat diseases.
