小组定位抢救应用于临床急症抢救中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Group Positioning Rescue in Clinical Emergency Rescue

目的观察临床急症抢救中应用小组定位抢救模式的干预效果。方法将我院119例临床急症患者依据入院先后顺序分为两组,59例为对照组,应用常规救护,60例为观察组,应用小组定位抢救模式,对比两组救护人员专业技能评分、患者抢救时间及死亡率。结果观察组救护人员专业技能评分高于对照组,患者死亡率及抢救时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小组定位抢救能够有效促进医护配合,提升救护效率,增加急症抢救患者的生存率。

Objective To observe the intervention effect of group positioning rescue mode in clinical emergency rescue.Methods A total of 119 clinical emergency patients in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.59 cases were used as the control group,and routine rescue was used.60 cases were observed in the period of 2018-1-2018-12.The application team locates the rescue mode and compares the professional skill scores,patient rescue time and mortality of the two groups of ambulance personnel.Results The professional skill scores of the rescue workers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The mortality and rescue time of the patients were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group positioning and rescue can effectively promote medical cooperation,improve rescue efficiency,and improve the survival rate of emergency patients.
