脑心通胶囊辅助西药治疗ACI伴心肌缺血疗效及对神经功能、Q-T离散度的影响

Efficacy of Naoxintong Capsule Assisted with Western Medicine in the Treatment of ACI with Myocardial Ischemia and its Influence on Neurological Function and Q-T Dispersion

目的探讨脑心通胶囊辅助西药治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)伴心肌缺血疗效及对神经功能、Q-T离散度的影响。方法选取进入我院治疗的120例ACI患者,按照随机对照表法分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组各60例。常规治疗组仅采用西药治疗,联合治疗组在常规治疗组的的基础上联合使用脑心通胶囊,均治疗12周。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗12周后后神经功能评分及心电图中QT离散度相关指标(QTd、QTed)变化情况。结果两组患者在治疗12周后NIHSS评分、改良Rankin评分及QT离散度均有明显降低(P <0.05),且联合治疗组上述结果均明显低于常规治疗组(P均<0.05)。结论脑心通胶囊辅助西药治疗ACI伴心肌缺血能有效改善患者心脏神经功能活动,改善治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effects of Naoxintong capsule assisted with western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI)with myocardial ischemia and its influence on neurological function and Q-T dispersion.Methods A total of 120 patients with ACI who were admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into conventional treatment group and combined treatment group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Conventional treatment group was treated only with western medicine,and combined treatment group was combined with Naoxintong capsule on the basis of conventional treatment group,and they were treated for 12 w without interruption.The neurological function [National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),modified Rankin table] scores and QT dispersion-related indicators(QTd,QTed)in electrocardiogram(ECG)were observed in the two groups before treatment and after 12w of treatment.Results The NIHSS score,modified Rankin score and QT dispersion were significantly decreased in the two groups after 12w of treatment(all P<0.05),and the above results in combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong capsule assisted with western medicine can effectively improve the neurological function activity and promote the treatment effects in the treatment of ACI with myocardial ischemia.
