摘要
以连云港徐圩新区综合管廊工程的建设为背景,在项目设计阶段应用BIM技术,通过分析比较工作集和文件链接两种协同设计方式优缺点,提出混合应用的协同设计模式和管廊设计BIM应用的一般流程。同时,分析了BIM技术在管廊族库开发、碰撞检测与处理、预留洞口设计、净空高度检查调整以及BIM深化设计出图等方面的具体应用,切实提高了设计效率和质量。
Taking the construction of integrated pipe corridor project in Xuwei New District of Lianyungang as the background and applying BIM technology in the project design stage,the paper put forward the general flow in collaborative design model of mixed application and BIM application of pipe corridor design by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of two collaborative design methods of work set and file link.At the same time,the concrete application of BIM technology in the development of pipe corridor family library,collision detection and treatment,design of reserved hole,clearance height inspection and adjustment,and BIM deepening design drawing are analyzed,and the design efficiency and quality are effectively improved.
