建设"一带一路"已成为中国长期的国家战略,也是江苏建设与打造东西双向开放新格局的必然选择。江苏在"一带一路"建设中发挥地理优势、经济优势和文化优势,全方位融入"一带一路"建设,形成诸多标志性成果。通过江苏十三个地级市在发展"一带一路"建设中大量实证成果,提出优化和整合是下一步江苏"一带一路"建设与打造东西双向开放新格局关键,要抢抓东亚经济一体化先机,搭上江苏自贸区设立快车,为江苏参与"一带一路"建设与打造东西双向开放新格局插上腾飞的翅膀。

Construction of"The Belt and Road"has become China’s long-term national strategy,and it is also an inevitable choice for Jiangsu to build and create a new pattern of east-west two-way opening.Jiangsu exerts its geographical,economic and cultural advantages in the construction of"The Belt and Road",and integrates into the construction of"The Belt and Road"in all directions,forming many iconic achievements.Through many empirical achievements in the development of"The Belt and Road"construction in 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province,it is proposed that optimization and integration are the key to the next step in the construction of"The Belt and Road"and to create a new pattern of two-way opening to East and West,to seize the East Asian economic integration opportunities,to take the fast train of setting up Jiangsu Free Trade Zone,and to wing the dream of Jiangsu participating in"The Belt and Road"construction and creating a new pattern of east-west two-way opening.
