现代学徒制下校企协同组织的所有制形式研究

A Study on the Ownership Form of School-enterprise Cooperative Organization under the Modern Apprenticeship System

现代学徒制是我国职业教育改革和发展的重要思路,是将所有制资源配置交于市场的一次重要探索,也是职业院校谋求发展,为企业培养一线实用人才的重要举措。现代学徒制下校企协同必定会产生所有制的问题,通过分析所有制形式,探讨校企协同组织所有制的方式以及存在问题,提出要牢记教育本质、遵守党纪国法、协同作战、防止国有资产流失等思路,以期让学校和企业在国家政策的支持和护航下实现双赢。

The modern apprenticeship system is an important idea for the reform and development of vocational education in China.It is also an important exploration for the allocation of ownership resources to the market,and an important measure for vocational colleges to seek development and train practical talents for enterprises.Under the modern apprenticeship system,the cooperation of schools and enterprises will inevitably lead to the problem of ownership.By analyzing the form of ownership,discussing the way of co-organization ownership and the existing problems,the paper put forward the idea of keeping in mind the essence of education,abiding by the party discipline and the state law,cooperating in fighting and preventing the loss of state-owned assets,so as to enable schools and enterprises to achieve a win-win situation with the support and escort of state policies.
