Outstanding performance of clinical thinking and dialectical thinking are two basic requirements of residents.Enhancing their dialectical thinking awareness and cultivating their thinking patterns are essential problems in standardized training.This paper expounds the necessity and importance of cultivating the dialectical thinking ability of residents,and mainly clarifies several thinking abilities that should be grasped in the standardized training of residents.In standardized training stage,sufficient training should centre on promoting dialectical thinking awareness,upgrading relevant education,cultivating certain habits,and advancing clinical diagnosis and treatment ability.
