摘要
该试验旨在研究赖氨酸水平对6~10周龄攸县麻鸭生长性能、屠宰性能及血清生化指标的影响。选择42日龄体重相近且健康的攸县麻鸭母鸭300只,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。采用单因素试验设计,饲粮赖氨酸水平分别为0.70%、0.80%、0.90%、1.00%和1.10%,试验期为28 d。结果表明:饲粮赖氨酸水平对6~10周攸县麻鸭生长性能各指标未见显著性影响(P>0.05);对屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率以及胸肌率未见显著性影响(P>0.05),但显著影响腿肌率和腹脂率(P<0.05),0.80%赖氨酸组获得最大腿肌率,且腹脂率随赖氨酸水平增加先降低后升高(P<0.05),二次曲线分析表明,赖氨酸水平为0.92%时获得最低腹脂率;对血清生化指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,在该试验条件下,饲粮赖氨酸水平为0.70%即可满足攸县麻鸭生长发育需要,而当饲粮赖氨酸水平为0.80%~0.92%可获得最佳屠宰性能。
In order to study the effect of dietary with different lysine levels on growth performance and slaughter performance and serum biochemical indices of Youxian duck aged from 6 to 10 weeks,300 healthy Youxian ducks with similar body weight at 42 days were randomly allocated into 5 groups(the levels of Lys were 0.70%,0.80%,0.90%,1.00%and 1.10%,respectively),6 replicates in each group and 10 ducks in each replicate.The diets were fed between 6 and 10 weeks of age.The results showed that:dietary lysine level had no significant effects on the growth performance(P>0.05).Dietary lysine level had no significant effects on the dressing percentage,percentage of half-eviscerated yield,percentage of eviscerated yield and percentage of breast muscle(P>0.05),but the percentage of leg muscle in 0.80%Lys group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05),percentage of abdominal fat decreased firstly and then increased with the Lys leve(P<0.05).Quadratic curve analysis showed that the percentage of abdominal fat was the lowest in the 0.92%lys group.Dietary lysine level had no significant effects on all serum biochemical indexes(P>0.05).All the data suggested that 0.70%of lysine could meet the requirement of Youxian ducks for growth and development,but the optimal slaughter performance could be achieved when Lys level ranged from 0.80%to 0.92%.
