畜禽粪便中的污染物对环境造成了威胁,为各种疾病的传播创造了条件,阻碍了畜牧养殖业可持续发展。益生素作为一种新型绿色饲料添加剂,广泛使用于畜禽饲料中,可改善畜禽肠道微生物菌群,提高饲料消化率,减少粪污排放。文章就畜禽粪便污染物的种类和益生素在减少畜禽粪便污染物排放及其机理进行综述,以期从源头上减少畜禽粪便对环境的污染,促进养殖业的蓬勃发展。

The pollutants in manure of livestock and poultry cause serious pollution to the environment,creating conditions for the spread of various diseases and impeding the sustainable development of stock breeding.As a new type of green feed additive,probiotics are widely used in livestock and poultry feeds to improve intestinal microbial flora,heighten digestibility,and reduce fecal emissions.This paper summarized the types of pollutants in livestock and poultry excreta and the effect of probiotics in reducing pollutant emissions of livestock and poultry excreta,in order to It reduce the source pollution of livestock and poultry excrement to the environment and promote the vigorous development of the stock breeding.
