禽毛滴虫病研究概况

Advance in Trichomonosis in Birds

禽毛滴虫病是由毛滴虫科的禽毛滴虫和禽四毛滴虫引起的一种重要原虫病,广泛分布于世界各地。近年来,禽类,尤其是野禽感染的报道逐渐增多,危害也越来越大,因此该病在国际上引起了广泛关注。目前国内对该病的研究不多,且相关研究主要集中在鸽毛滴虫病,其他禽类毛滴虫病的报道非常少。论文就禽毛滴虫的病原形态、致病性、流行与传播、遗传特性、诊断、防治等做一综述,以期为国内禽毛滴虫病的研究提供参考。

Members of the family Trichomonadidae,mainly Trichomonas gallinae and Tetratrichomonas gallinarum,represent important parasitic protozoa in birds in the world.With the appearance of more infections in birds recently,avian trichomonosis obtained greater attention.So far,there are few studies on avian trichomoniasis in China and the limited studies are mainly focused on T.gallinae in pigeons whereas trichomonads from other birds are rarely mentioned.This article elaborated the research progress of trichomonosis in birds including its pathogenic morphology,pathogenicity,epidemiology and transmission,genetic characteristics,diagnosis and control in order to provide some reference for the research in trichomonosis in birds.
