摘要
利用硫酸盐还原菌制备了生物硫化亚铁,采用XRD和SEM手段进行了表征,并将所制备的生物硫化亚铁应用于六价铬的去除。实验结果表明:生物硫化亚铁以无定形态为主,粒径为微米级别;在pH值为酸性条件下,有利于六价铬的去除;生物硫化亚铁用量为20%和25%时,浓度为0.4mM六价铬的去除率达99.5%以上;与化学合成的硫化亚铁相比,所制备的生物硫化亚铁具有更好的抗干扰和抗氧化能力。
Bio-ferrous sulfide was prepared by sulfate-reducing bacteria,and characterized by XRD and SEM.The bio-ferrous sulfide was used to remove hexavalent chromium(Cr(VI)).The experimental results showed that the bio-ferrous sulfide was amorphous,with a particle size of micron level.It was beneficial to remove Cr(VI)under acidic pH.When the amount of bio-ferrous sulfide was 20%and 25%,the removal efficiency of Cr(VI)at a concentration of 0.4mM was more than 99.5%.Compared with chemical ferrous sulfide,the bio-ferrous sulfide had better anti-interference and anti-oxidation capabilities.
