超声提取荔枝核中总皂苷的优化提取工艺研究

摘要 超声辅助提取工艺当今在食品工业中扮演着越来越重要的作用,它有着便捷高效、提取工艺成熟等优点。研究了从荔枝核中提取皂苷的超声波辅助提取优化工艺流程。根据单因素试验法对荔枝核皂苷的相关参数进行了实验优化,分别为:提取时间、固液比、乙醇浓度、提取温度和超声波功率。实验结果显示,当固液比、提取时间、超声功率、提取温度、乙醇浓度分别设定为1:60g/mL,30分钟,420W,45℃以及70%时可以得到最好的提取效果。在最佳工艺条件下,皂苷的最大产率为41.80mg/g,比传统溶剂提取产率36.80mg/g高13.59%。可以看到超声辅助提取可以很好地提高产率,缩短提取时间,为将来在工业上进一步利用超声提取技术提取荔枝核皂苷提供了很好的参考依据。 Ultrasonic-assisted extraction(UAE)technology plays an increasingly important role in food industry today.It is a mature extraction technology with the advantages of convenience and high efficiency.The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of saponins from lychee seed was studied.According to the single factor test method,the relevant parameters of extraction time,solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and ultrasonic power of lychee seed saponins extraction were optimized.The experimental results show that the best extraction effect can be obtained when the solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,ultrasonic power,extraction temperature and ethanol concentration are set at 1:60g/mL,30 minutes,420W,45℃and 70%,respectively.Under the optimal conditions,the maximum yield of saponins was 41.80mg/g,which was 13.59%higher than the traditional solvent extraction yield of 36.80 mg/g.It can be seen that ultrasonic-assisted extraction can improve the yield and shorten the extraction time,which provides a good reference basis for further extraction of lychee seed saponins by UAE in industry.
