摘要
对盐酸吉西他滨粗品合成过程及其影响因素进行了探讨,研究发现,CH3OH的加入量为中间体用量的4倍,反应时间为20h,反应温度控制在85℃,反应体系pH值为2时,产品产率最高。
The synthetic process and influencing factors of crude gemcitabine hydrochloride were discussed.It was found that when the added amount of CH3OH was 4 times of the intermediate,the reaction time was 20 h,the reaction temperature was controlled at 85℃,and the pH of the reaction system was 2,the product yield was the highest.
