摘要
通过理论计算临界流化速度umf和床层空隙率εe,得到SiCl4冷氢化流化床反应器在不同粒径dp和表观气速ue条件下的床层密度ρ。床层密度随着硅粉粒径增大而增大,随着表观气速增大而减小。通过实际测量一定高度床层间的压降得到实际床层密度,与理论计算值对比二者吻合性较好,冷氢化反应器的床层密度沿高度方向变化较小。
Based on the calculating of critical fluidization velocity umf,and porosityεe,the bed densityρof SiCl4 cold hydrogenated FBR under different particle size dP and superficial gas velocity ue is obtained.The bed density increases with the increasing of dp,and decreases with the increasing of ue.The theoretical bed density is in good coincidence with the measured data.In dense phase,the bed density of the FBR changes little along the height direction.
