采用萃取分光光度法研究了小米中硒含量测定时的干扰因素。结果表明:小米中的一些离子会对测定造成干扰,主要为钾、钙、镁、钠、铁、铜、锰、维生素和脂肪等。最终得出铁和铜有干扰。
