摘要
首先梳理了国内外钢铁制造业发展演化概况,界定了钢铁制造类工业遗产的概念和范畴,并分析了国内外针对该类工业遗产保护与再生研究的现状。其次,从单体设施、工业厂区、工业区、工业区域四个尺度层级,分别解析钢铁制造类工业遗产的构成,进而提出以"形式语言""空间灵活度""技术特质"三个维度作为钢铁制造类工业遗产保护与再生的决策判据。最后,依据决策判据,选取单体设施与工业厂区两个层级探讨钢铁制造类工业遗产保护与再生的对策。
This paper sorts out general situations of the development of domestic and overseas steel manufacturing industry,and defines the concept and category of steel manufacturing industrial heritage.Meanwhile,with the analysis of the status of conservation and regeneration of such industrial heritage,it summarizes typical cases of steel manufacturing industrial heritage.In addition,the paper puts forward four scale hierarchies of steel manufacturing industrial heritage:individual facility,industrial plant,industrial area,and industrial zone,which are analyzed in terms of the heritage elements respectively.Moreover,this paper establishes a decision criterion that treats formal language,spatial flexibility and technical characteristics as the three dimensions of the conservation and regeneration of steel manufacturing industry heritage.On this basis,the paper selects the two hierarchies of individual facility and industrial plant to discuss the conservation and regeneration patterns of steel manufacturing industrial heritage.
