纳米溶胶对织物的抗紫外整理工艺优化 被引量:4

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备了纳米TiO2溶胶、纳米SiO2溶胶和纳米TiO2/SiO2复合溶胶。以织物在365nm处紫外透过率为评价抗紫外效果优劣的指标,采用正交试验法对单一纳米溶胶和纳米复合溶胶抗紫外整理工艺进行了优化。同时通过扫描电子显微镜对整理后织物表面形貌进行了表征。结果表明,当纳米复合溶胶TiO2∶SiO2=2∶1、烘焙温度为150℃、烘焙时间为6min时,织物在365nm处的紫外透过率最低;经纳米TiO2/SiO2复合溶胶整理的织物表面形成一层干凝胶膜,填补了纤维间的空隙,使织物具有良好的抗紫外性能。 The nano-TiO2 sol, nano-SiO2 sol and nano-TiO2/SiO2 composite sol were prepared by sol-gel method. The UV transmittance of the fabric at 365 nm was taken as the index to evaluate the UV resistance of the fabric. The anti-ultraviolet finishing processes of single nano-sol and nano-composite sol were optimized by orthogonal test. The finished fabric surface morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscope at the same time. The results showed that when nano-composite sol TiO2:SiO2=2:1, baking temperature was 150℃ and baking time was 6 min, the fabric had the lowest UV transmittance at 365 nm;the surface of the fabric finished by nano-TiO2/SiO2 composite sol formed dry gel film, which filled the gap between the fibers and made the fabric have good UV resistance.
