粘纤与锦包氨混纺针织休闲裤类面料开发与性能研究

Fabric Development and Performance Research on Viscose Fiber and Polyamide/Spandex Core-yarn Knitted Casual Trousers Fabric

以粘纤与锦纶/氨纶包芯纱为原料,采用同种双罗纹空气层组织不同喂纱方式,开发了三种质量优良的针织休闲裤类面料。通过一浴一步法对织物进行染色,对三种织物的色牢度及服用性能进行了测试、对比,结果显示双罗纹空气层组织(二)不管是在色牢度方面,还是缩水率、抗起毛起球性、抗勾丝、透气性等方面都合格,可以用作针织休闲裤类面料的实际生产。

Three kinds of high quality knitted casual trousers fabrics were developed by taking viscose and polyamide/spandex core-spun yarn as raw materials and using same double-ribbed air layer structure to feed different yarns method. The fabric was dyed by one-bath one-step method, and the color fastness and wearabilities of the three fabrics were tested and compared. The results showed that the color fastness, shrinkage rate, pilling resistance, resistance to hook silk and permeability of the double-ribbed air layer structure(2) were qualified, which could be used in the actual production of knitted casual trousers fabrics.
