摘要 选用中空涤纶、Y形涤纶、远红外涤纶和热熔涤纶为原料,通过热风粘合工艺试制了5种新型多组分轻质保暖絮片,对其厚度、面密度、蓬松度、透气率、透湿性、压缩性能和保暖性等进行了测试,分析比较不同混纺成分及混纺比例的产品性能差异。结果表明:当中空涤纶I/中空涤纶II/Y形涤纶/远红外涤纶/热熔涤纶混纺质量比为20/20/30/10/20时,多组分保暖絮片的综合性能最佳,其透气率达到优等保暖絮片等级,透湿性满足生理舒适性需求,蓬松度较高且压缩回弹性较好,保暖性能优异,适用于作服用保暖絮填料。 By taking hollow polyester fiber, Y-shaped polyester fiber, far infrared polyester fiber and low melting point polyester fiber as raw materials, five new light multicomponent thermal insulation wadding samples were manufactured with hot-air bonding process. The thickness, area density, bulkiness, air permeability, moisture permeability, compressibility and thermal insulation were tested to analyze the performance differences of the samples with varied blending compositions and ratios. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the wadding was optimal when the blending ratio of hollow polyester fiber I/hollow polyester fiber II/Y-shaped polyester fiber/far infrared polyester fiber/low melting point polyester fiber was 20/20/30/10/20. The air permeability reached the top class degree of thermal insulation and the moisture permeability of the wadding could meet the needs of physical comfort. With higher bulkiness, better compressibility and excellent thermal insulation performance, the wadding was suitable to be used as filling materials for clothing.
